Steve is the closer! I had never tried to buy a home before and had so many questions. Steve was excellent in helping my husband and I with this very important situation. He was there to help with every single step and it was a big blessing! He's very passionate and specializes in helping first time home buyers as he provides an educator's expertise in learning and teaching with real estate. He was there to answer every single question at all times and gave us so much of his time. He was immediately responsive when we told him that we had a house we wanted to check out and we were able to see it in under 24 hours. He always gets in immediate contact with the other agent (in this case the selling agent), is professional and respectful, and gets things done. Not only does he know everything there is to do with the house buying aspect, he also was able to provide terrific resources for us to have proper legal support, a reliable home inspector who had good will and a contractor team to do an estimate for repairs.
