I don't know if we would have gotten our house without the availability, guidance, and positivity that Steven showed throughout our home buying process. Steven was timely in his responses whenever we had questions about a house and made himself available for private viewings of a house we could potentially offer on. With years of experience, he was able to give us the best advice possible about what to include in our home offers and helped us to find what we were looking for with that advice. Steven also educated us as brand new customers in the real estate market about how the buying process works. He found opportunities to teach us from the beginning of the process all of the way until the end when we signed the contract. Unfortunately, we struggled to have an offer accepted due to the contentious competition and financial advantages of others. Our home happened to be the eighth offer that we put in and was accepted. It is difficult to describe in words the positivity that Steven showed throughout the process. There were several times where we felt like no one would ever accept our offer and Steven did a great job of keeping things in perspective. He gave us opportunities to vent our frustrations of offers not being accepted while also instilling the confidence that the right home was still out there for us. I don't know if we would have kept the right mindset in our search if it was not for that. We are forever grateful for the great work that Steven did for us. We now have a house that has created and still continues to create memories to last a lifetime thanks to Steve!

When my wife and I decided to look for a house, we also needed to look for someone to help us find the perfect home! Steve was recommended to us by one of my friends and it was definitely the right decision! He was helpful in any way possible, knowledgeable of the process (as we weren’t and we definitely had questions) he was there to walk us through the whole process and explain to us how everything worked! We found the house that we loved! And believe it or not… we lost it to a higher offer.. but at the end of the day, the seller ended up reaching back out to us and I truly think it was because of the professionalism of Steven that the seller called us back and decided to take our offer instead, we definitely were thrilled (still are) and we love our beautiful home where we now get to raise our beautiful daughter! Steven is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy agent. In this competitive market it’s hard to know if your offer is too high or low; Steven combed through the comps in the town we found our dream home in and recommended where we put in our best and final offer that WE also felt comfortable with. We found out later that we had the best offer and best terms offered to help us get our house! Moving from the city to the suburbs was daunting as we had no experience but Steven guided us through the process showing us homes in different towns and we were so appreciative to get his seal of approval on the 100 year old house we fell in love with, walking distance from the train line into NYC.
